At Restoration Beauty Spa we are following the Maryland Department of Labor health and reopening guidelines, along with taking a deeper dive into the research of experts, to create new safety precautions. Here are some changes that will occur during these uncertain times:
- For all clients, new or returning, a short online intake questionnaire regarding COVID-19 will be need to be completed prior to appointment arrival. Please note: records are classified as medical information. They will be kept confidential.
- A prescreen temperature check will be implemented upon arrival to ensure clients are free from a fever.
- Clients are required to sanitize their hands upon arrival and wear a fresh face covering in any common areas, as mandated by state and local authorities. Also, refrain from physical contact when greeting others.
- All will be seen by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
- Sola professionals and clients should be the only people in the building; No children (unless getting a service). If a client has a care-taker, they are allowed to accompany the client getting the service.
- There will be no clients waiting in the hallways or common areas. The front doors will be locked. You must call or text upon arrival. You must wait in the car until you are called. No one can allow an unknown appointment to enter the building; they will need to call their professional service provider to allow them entry.
- If you’re experiencing any signs of a cold or fever, please cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you arrive for service and exhibit signs of illness, Restoration Beauty Spa has the right to cancel the appointment.
- For first visit, an Intake Client Form will need to be fill out before receiving any service along with COVID-19 Consent Form and any Professional Skin Care services.
