Restoration Beauty Spa provides 803 square ft suite space which includes 3 rooms, waiting area with tea & coffee bar, 1 private restroom and a kitchenette area. Each therapy room includes electric massage table and cabinet. First room size is around 9’ x 11” with window view and  second room size is around 8’7” x 11’9 without windows.

We are looking to collaborate its business and share over 2000 of our clientele contacts with a licensed massage therapist, lash tech, permanent/semi-permanent makeup artist, NP aesthetic specialist, electrolysis, nail tech and/or a license technician in the beauty/wellness business.  

Unit amenities are free WiFi, Electric, HVAC, Coffee & Tea bar. Option to include  private parking separate from rental rate.
